2. Booking and Reservations

Making a reservation: You may book a bike rental online at peddlers30a.com, by phone at 850-213-0040, or by email at reservations@peddlers30a.com. Walk-in rentals are also available during business hours, subject to availability.

Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation. Peddlers 30A is not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate booking information.

Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed when you receive a written or electronic confirmation from us. Until confirmation is received, availability is not guaranteed.

Age requirement: Renters must be 18 years of age or older to enter into a rental agreement. Renters under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the rental.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4. Rental Terms and Conditions

By renting from Peddlers 30A, you agree to the following:

Condition of equipment: All bikes are inspected and maintained before rental. You agree to inspect the bike at pickup and notify us immediately of any pre-existing damage. Returning a bike in damaged condition beyond normal wear may result in repair charges.

Helmets: A helmet is included with every full bike rental. Florida law requires helmets for all riders under the age of 16. We strongly recommend helmet use for all riders regardless of age. By renting from us, you acknowledge receipt of a helmet and accept responsibility for its use.

Lock: A lock is included with every full bike rental. You are responsible for securing the bike when not in use.

Permitted use: Rented bikes are for personal recreational use only on public paths and roads. You agree not to:

• Lend the bike to anyone not listed on the rental agreement
• Use the bike for commercial purposes
• Perform stunts, tricks, or off-road riding that may cause damage
• Operate the bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Return: Bikes must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns may result in an additional daily charge.

Loss or theft: You are responsible for the replacement cost of any bike or equipment that is lost or stolen while in your possession.

5. Delivery Service

Where delivery is arranged, you agree to:

• Provide an accurate delivery address within our service area
• Ensure someone is available to receive the equipment at the agreed delivery time
• Return the equipment to the same location or as otherwise agreed at booking

Peddlers 30A is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Assumption of risk: Cycling involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, and personal injury. By renting from Peddlers 30A, you acknowledge and accept these risks for yourself and any minor children in your care.

Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Peddlers 30A, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including personal injury, property damage, or death — arising from your use of our equipment or services.

Limitation of liability: In no event shall Peddlers 30A be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Peddlers 30A or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.
