Yes. Call or email us as soon as you know your plans have changed. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can free up the bike for another rider. Our team will walk you through the specific cancellation terms when you book.

For peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we recommend booking 2 to 4 days ahead for standard bikes and 5 to 7 days ahead for specialty items like the Kazoo Tandem, Bike + Burley Combo, or Wee HOO. These are one-of-a-kind in Seacrest Beach and go fast.

We rent by the day. This gives you the freedom to ride whenever you want without watching the clock. Pick up in the morning, drop off before we close, and your whole day is yours.

Rentals start at $30/day for the Monkey Faction Cruiser and go up to $70/day for the Bike + Burley Combo package. Most standard adult beach cruisers are $40/day. Kids bikes are $40/day. Specialty bikes like the 7-speed, adult tricycle, and baby seat bicycle are $50/day. The Kazoo Kids Tandem is $60/day. See the full fleet and pricing on our bike rentals page.

Every full bike rental comes with a helmet and a lock. That's standard; you don't pay extra for either. If you want a basket, that's a $5/day add-on. Some bikes like the Baby Seat Bicycle come with a child seat already included; the product page will always list exactly what comes with that specific bike.

Yes. Our standard beach cruisers (men's, women's, and unisex) are available at $70/week; that's a better rate than buying 7 individual days. If you're staying on 30A for a week and want bikes the whole time, ask us when you book.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please confirm with us directly if you have a specific payment preference before booking.

We carry a full range: standard beach cruisers for adults (men's, women's, and unisex), 7-speed geared bikes for longer rides, a Monkey Faction Cruiser, an adult tricycle, kids bikes from 16-inch through 24-inch, a kids tricycle, and a full family lineup including the Kazoo Kids Tandem and Bike + Burley Combo. We also carry the Wee HOO and Tug A Bug tag-along attachments for young co-riders; the only rental shop on 30A that carries either.

We do not currently offer e-bikes. Our 7-speed cruisers are the best option for covering more ground. The trail along 30A is flat and paved the whole way, so even a standard beach cruiser handles the distance comfortably for most riders.

For a casual beach day or short coastal ride, a standard beach cruiser does the job. If you want to cover more distance, say heading east toward Rosemary Beach and beyond, a 7-speed bike gives you better range. If balance is a concern, the adult tricycle is the right call. Not sure? Yes. Our fleet includes bikes in different frame sizes. When you book, let us know your height and we'll make sure the right fit is waiting for you. If you have specific sizing questions, call ahead.

We carry the largest bike fleet on 30A. Exact availability changes daily based on rentals and maintenance. Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations guarantee your specific selection. Booking ahead is the best way to lock in your first choice.

Our 16-inch kids bikes are suited for children roughly 3 to 6 years old (around 35 to 48 inches tall). The 20-inch bikes suit ages 5 to 8, and the 24-inch bikes are right for ages 7 to 11. If your child is not quite ready to ride solo, we have tag-along options and a kids tricycle.

Two great options. The Burley Trailer attaches to your bike and seats up to two small children; they ride along while you pedal. The Baby Seat Bicycle has a built-in child seat on the frame, ideal for one younger child (adults must be at least 5'2" to ride comfortably). Both are included or available as part of a rental package.

Both are tag-along attachments that hitch to the rear of your adult bike. The Wee HOO puts your child in a lower, recumbent-style seat and is best for ages 3 to 8. The Tug A Bug is more upright, with its own seat and handlebars, and suits ages 3 to 9 who are a little more confident. Both are available exclusively at Peddlers on 30A. Yes. The Kazoo Kids Tandem is a two-person bike with a parent in front and a child co-pilot behind in a stoker seat. The Bike + Burley Combo pairs a full adult bike with a Burley trailer for small kids. And for families where everyone rides their own bike, we have matching sets in multiple sizes. We can put together a full family fleet, just let us know your group at booking.

Yes. Helmets are included with every full bike rental, including kids bikes. Florida law requires helmets for cyclists under 16. We make it easy; yours is ready when you pick up.

Yes. We deliver to all 30A communities. If your vacation rental is in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, or anywhere else along the 30A corridor, we'll bring the bikes to you. Contact us to arrange delivery and confirm timing.

Yes. The paved path along Scenic Highway 30A is flat the entire way, no hills, no gravel. It runs 19 miles total from Camp Helen State Park in the east to Miramar Beach in the west. Most fitness levels handle it without any trouble. Kids, seniors, and casual riders all enjoy it. The biggest variable is heat; plan your ride early in the morning or after 4pm in summer.

We are located right on Scenic Highway 30A in Seacrest Beach. Alys Beach is about a mile east. Rosemary Beach is roughly 1.2 miles east. Heading west, Seagrove Beach, WaterColor, and Seaside are all reachable along the paved path. For covering the western half of 30A, a 7-speed bike gives you more range. Ask us when you pick up and we'll map out the best route for your group.

Early morning, before 9am, is the best window in summer. The trail is quiet, the air is cool, and the light is something else. The stretch from Seacrest Beach east to Rosemary Beach before breakfast is one of the best rides on the Florida Panhandle. If you're riding later in the day, plan for shade stops and bring water. After 4pm is the second-best window once the heat breaks.

Florida law requires helmets for riders under 16. We strongly recommend helmets for riders of all ages. Helmets are included with every full bike rental at Peddlers, so there's nothing extra to bring or buy.
